It is essential the use of appropriate clothing for access to the room that has ESD control meters, temperature and humidity devices, filtration systems and SAS pass-through equipment to ensure the correct transfer of parts.

Subsequently and internally, we carry out a series of processes that are essential to define our philosophy such as visual inspections using powerful microscopes, preventive and careful handling of each component, originality checks, image comparison, solvent resistance tests, final verifications... and externally, such as weldability tests and X-Ray inspection of parts.

The development of these protocols helps us to advance and progress performance as well as to demonstrate high levels of service quality. All this under ISO 9001 and EN 9120 certifications that ensure a complete experience.

ACCESS CLOTHING

Consult electrostatic discharge levels combined with wristbands and appropriate clothing.

We receive the material and carry out the first visual inspection, quantity and reference of the parts.

After the processes are completed, a second inspection is carried out to ensure final verification.

WELDABILITY TEST

In collaboration with several external companies, precise weldability tests are carried out to determine the weldability of finishes intended to be joined to another surface.

X-RAY INSPECTION

Detection of defects and faults in internal layers of the component, not visible in process, by means of X-Ray thanks to important companies with advanced systems in this field.
