CELDUC was founded in 1964. With nearly 200 employees and recognized in over 60 countries, it is headquartered in Sorbiers, France, and is a market leader in static relays, magnetic proximity sensors, and Reed switches and relays.

Its success and factory expansion occur at a remarkable pace, averaging once every five years. Notable dates in its history include the launch of the iconic Okpac range in 2002, available in various versions with over 500,000 units manufactured annually, and the automation of welding operations in 2012, a process that is unique in the world of solid-state relays.

With great innovation potential, the R&D team designs between 10% and 15% of new products through analysis, design, manufacturing, testing, and marketing.
