Purchasing requirements from suppliers / New components

 

As additional information to the general Purchasing process described in PC-003, ICOMPPLUS determines additional Purchasing Requirements, in line with what is requested by the applied Standard ISO 9120:2018 that the Quality Manager and/or Purchasing Manager are responsible for maintaining. updated and communicate to the suppliers/manufacturers of new items through a link in the orders that lead to the conditions set out on our website.

 

* Excludes purchases of manufacturing surpluses or lots by auction, etc.

 

a.   All items must arrive at our facilities accompanied by the relevant information/documentation that includes:


MANUFACTURING DATE 5 YEARS / DC 5 YEARS:
 will always be less than 5 years at the time of receipt.

BATTERIES: they will arrive with at least 75% useful life (Certified by manufacturer)

ROLL / REEL: SMD components in tape, must be supplied in a single continuous tape.

MANUFACTURER COC / MFC COC indicating that the supplied products “Come from the original manufacturer, are authentic, new, and comply with the order requirements and these purchase conditions.” Unless expressly excepted by ICOMPPLUS.

ROHS: The supplier meets all applicable requirements in accordance with Directive 2011/65/EU and its modification by Directive (EU) 2015/863.

The restricted substances contemplated in the and the maximum values ​​/ tolerable concentration by weight in homogeneous materials are indicated below:

The restriction of DEHP, BBP, DBP, and DIBP will apply to monitoring and control instruments, including industrial monitoring and control instruments, as of July 22, 2021.

The DEHP, BBP, DBP and DIBP restriction shall not apply to cables and spare parts intended for repair, reuse, function upgrade or capacity enhancement of EEE placed on the market before 22 July 2019, nor to surveillance and control instruments, including industrial surveillance and control instruments, placed on the market before July 22, 2021.

Directive 2011/65/EU indicates that compliance is evidenced by CE marking, so any commercial product that contains CE marking meets the requirements.

In the case of those items that do not contain CE marking, the supplier will provide a certificate of compliance with the requirements of the RoHS Directive.

REACH: The supplier complies with all applicable requirements in accordance with Regulation 1907/2006 of the European Union regarding the Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemical Substances and Preparations (REACH) and its subsequent amendments. The supplier will especially comply with the requirements specified in articles 31 to 33 of the REACH Regulation.

* Article 31: Requirements for safety data sheets,

* Article 32: Obligation to transmit information to subsequent agents in the supply chain on substances as such or in the form of preparations for which a safety data sheet is not required.

* Article 33: Obligation to transmit information on the substances contained in the articles.

The supplier will provide a certificate of compliance with the requirements of the REACH Regulation.

If any of the articles supplied contains substances of high concern, in a concentration greater than 0.1% by weight in the article, it must be communicated in writing to ICOMPPLUS, detailing the specific article, the part number and the safety instructions for its use.

Any supplier located outside the European Union will comply with the requirements of the Regulation as an importer of articles within the EU and with the CLP Regulation (Regulation no. 1272/2008) and its subsequent amendments.

 

Likewise, the provider/supplier must provide ICOMPPLUS, when required, with information on

 

b.    The approval of: products, services, methods, processes and services, as well as the release of products and services.

c.     Competence, including any qualifications required of persons.

d.    Person designated as interlocutor with ICOMPPLUS.

 

For its part, ICOMPPLUS is responsible for

 

e.    Report on the control and monitoring of the supplier's performance when it does not achieve the expected results (according to Internal Procedure PC003).

f.     Visits to the Supplier's facilities are not planned, except for critical suppliers (items intended for the aeronautical sector) and always with the agreement of the supplier.

g.    Testing, inspection and verification: The articles are inspected and verified in ICOMPPLUS, and external tests can be subcontracted when the client requires it.

h.    ICOMPPLUS uses statistical techniques, depending on the quantity and lot size, for the selection of the sample of items that are subject to verification and testing.

i.      ICOMPPLUS expresses the following commitments that it transmits to the supplier:

·      Implementation and maintenance of an integrated ManagementSystem according to UNE EN ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 9120:2018

·      Use of carefully selected and controlled external providers, including providers designated by the Client.

·      ICOMPPLUS will notify the supplier of non-compliant processes, products or services.

·      The organization uses appropriate techniques to prevent the use of unapproved parts, suspected non-approved parts and counterfeit parts.

·      The requirements applicable to external providers are displayed, including Customer requirements.

·      Suppliers must provide the Certificate of Conformity, test reports or certificate of fitness for service when applicable.

·      The supplier must keep documented information and inform ICOMPPLUS about the retention periods and the requirements for its disposal.

j.      The right of access by the organization, its Customers and regulatory authorities to the applicable areas of the facilities and to the applicable documented information, at any level of the supply chain.

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

 

PACKAGING AND LABELLED

All items must arrive in the original packaging and manufacturer's labeling.

In the case of partial supplies, they must be accompanied by identification documentation of the original packaging and labeling

 

TRAY

It is desirable that components with BGA or similar packages be supplied in JEDEC die trays.

 

SAME DATE OF MANUFACTURING-LOT

All pieces must have the same Lot number and the same DC.
