Terms of use
Access to this website is from Icompplus Electronics S.L. both in Spain and in the rest of the countries of the world. These terms are subject to periodic modifications, which will have to be reviewed every time you place an order.
Sales policy and conditions
1. The conditions of sale will be effective between the client and Icompplus Electronics S.L. These conditions are exclusive of any other condition that the client may put.
2. Icompplus Electronics S.L. is responsible for the obligations covered in the offers, shipments and deliveries of the products that appear in the store.
3. The prices will be those set at the time of shipment, and will include VAT.
4. All products will have 90 calendar days of guarantee from the reception of the client. After the warranty period, no returns will be accepted.
5. Shipments will be made on the same day, provided that the products are ordered before 12:00 AM. If the order is past that time, your order will be processed the next day. The delivery time will be 24/48H in Spain and 24/72H outside Spain.
6. Due to the impossibility of sending the products due to force majeure, a new delivery date will be scheduled, which will be communicated to the customer by email.
7. The price of the shipments will vary depending on the destination and the carrier available, this will be set at the time of the final processing of the orde.
8. If the package, at the time of receipt, is visibly damaged, the customer will can refuse the collection. Remaining Icompplus Electronics S.L. exempt from any liability if this procedure is not followed.
9. If the package is lost in the shipment, Icompplus Electronics S.L. Will be responsible. The products will be sent again if they are available, otherwise the order amount will be refunded.
10. Most of the images displayed on the web are generic, you can request via email: info@icompplus.com a real image of the product, without obligation.
11. Payments will be made through the following means: Bank transfer, credit card (Visa/MasterCard) or PayPal.
12. All the products offered by Icompplus Electronics S.L. They are new and original, we do not work with counterfeits or used products.
13. All products, before shipment, pass a quality control at our facilities.
14. All products are shipped correctly packed in antistatic material.
15. Orders are not cancelable or returnable.
16. Returns: Only be accepted in case of failure of the material and attaching Test Report indicating the corresponding reasons. Any product may be returned within 90 calendar days of receipt of the product. The transport will be borne by the client, who must send it unused condition and in its original packaging. The return of used products or those that are not sent in their original packaging will not be accepted. Once the order is processed, cancellations will not be accepted, the products may be returned in the aforementioned terms.
